Well I spent half the day stripping the finish off the floor, it had been down for ten years, lots more than I thought. Seems like that's always the case.

I used their traverfill to fill a bunch of small to medium holes and that stuff worked, nice. I have a bunch of pictures, I will post when I'm done polishing, I can't wait.

I almost had to strip some Vermont slate last week. The pastor figured it had 90 coats of wax on it. I was too high. They did it themselves. This guy has rental property that I clean and he does a lot of work himself.

I like that traverfill. You can use unsanded grout with an additive that works well but the traverfill dries harder.

Are you using the Diamond Renew?. If yes and you see some swirls after polishing, the 11k monkey will remove them.

Did you have any trouble with "swirl" marks?
What did you use to extract the slurry?

I had a little issue with swirls but I figured if I reversed my pattern it went away, rinsed about 500 psi.

Looks good. Good to see some are catching on to powder polishing.

Check the surface tension, before and after sealing... and I think you will see for yourself why sealing, may or may not be needed.
Since that job already had a topical, the pores may already be "loaded up" to a certain extent, but the seal you use will "fill" any voids that may not be protected.
And more importantly the grout.

The grout is still filthy. Next time, try Stone Pro 5x, it will clean the grout as you polish.

O yes I did. My skills are not top notch with the squeegee. I used to remove the haze from the sealer. The 11000 did nothing to the floor except get the haze off. And the grout line are black all over, go figure.
