I think if you spend a little time on google and or professional restoration or janitorial/ cleaning forums youll havea better chance of finding one. I googled " professional wall washing machine and came up with this . Perhaps using search words such as "professional or industrial " will help narrow your search and steer you away from the mop sellers

I sent one to the dump since I never used it.
It had a 120 Psi pump and long extensions for ceiling as well. Sorry

I've never heard of a wall washing machine.. I remember being young and using spic-n-span to wash walls with a bucket and rags..
I do have one of those diesel fired Optima Steamers.. Never tired it to clean walls.. Another guy in New Zealand would use his to clean parking garage walls..

I said I was sorry! I'm pretty sure if you wanted or needed to wash walls, you can use same technique as window washing. Much faster than a machine. That's what we do in our school cafeterias from time to time. How's that?

VonSchrader use to have a wall washing unit. Not sure if they are even in biz anymore.

That's what I had. Bought it it off ebay thinking I might use it. Too slow. Not much
