I normally clean down here at 4800..

Each start took two attempts on the 370..
Normally it fires up which is one quick flip of the key...

Do carburetors get worn into a certain elevations and fight changes?

If carburated, the jets have to be changed for elevation....
same thing we had to do growing up sledding...
When we went to the mountains, we changed jets for the difference in elevation...
Fuel injection adjusts automatically...

You lose an inch of manifold pressure for each 1000’ of elevation. So you’ll be down a bit on power too, regardless of how it’s jetted.

Maybe I was having a fuel issues
I go up clean at that same elevation at Lake Tahoe pretty frequently and don't have the startup issues...

I have disassembled and put together Nissan carburetors nearly in the dark. Almost bulletproof.

How are you liking the Zeems FI system and its array of sensors?
