IMHO: Your link seems worthless to me for the average cleaner and is extreamly vague for wanting to improve their sales at client's homes.

Better to learn basic sales 101

I would reccomend Tom Hopkins training.

Learn it and then do it.

The deliver methods used for sales may change somewhat. But, basic sales techniques don't change.

I wouldn't get lost in a box! Why should anyone believe their place for improvement in sales is only in the clients home? Sure improvement here has its large potiential, but to suggest that should be our core focus is just that a Box! A vast variety of opportunities to explore, and ones that could produce more income on a regular schedule.
