Anyone cleaning rubber flooring?

Haven’t been able to find out what it’s called but a university we do some work for replaced epoxy with this. Also our local Super Walmart just put in at entrance. It gives when you push on it so I expect tool lockdown to be a problem. It’s not dirty this time but want to be careful as I’m sure it’s expensive. Probably just add cost of a couple brushglides to the price we were charging for epoxy cleaning.
Any guidance much appreciated.

Most any carpet cleaning chem, CRB or 175 scrubaduba, GBG/ wand rinse.

Here it is. Think it is LVP made into a square tile. Been wondering how long till everyone got tired of fake wood look. Is this the future?

Current plan is to pretreat(Chemspec Prekleen?), scrub with a rotary and soft black/white nylon brush, rinse with Devestators and brush glides
