I have a customer with new home who has had grout sealed. They still want us to steam clean tile before they move in. Wondering if we could possibly remove sealer.

I'd use a neutral ph cleaner and use quite a bit lower pressure than normal.....especially if the goal is to remove construction dust or haze or film......

Sealer means a lot things these days -

If you haven't inspected it yet, you need to before answering that question. You need to see if it beads water now. If not, then there isn't much or any on there anyway. Like Curt said get a neutral cleaner and use about 700 - anything less and they can clean it themselves for the same result.
