Glued Down Tile / Manolin

Im pretty sure this machine is great for cleaning tile/grout...
But would it be appropriate to use on glued down vinyl tile...
Or is it to much water...

well i guess i cant use it since it says *Must be hooked-up to an extractor (portable or truck mount) with a minimum of 350 PSI.
