Hardball fabric solvent protector on stone and grout?

I have had steller results with it. Car dealership done 2 years ago still repells water.

I have used it some over the past year. I haven't been back to any jobs since.........

It either works real good or not at all.

Easy to apply and clean up, odor is minimal as well.
