Based on those pics I would say $750.
If they want my 14 step process using the latest technology CRB and a $1800 wand it will be slightly more. And that price doesn't include carpet protector or my lunch.

But I will use cleaning products using alien nano-technology

Thank God I'm a room pricer because I suck at geometry. I would call that LR a combo room therefore making it 6 rooms for a grand total of $245.

I predict you hit your big cabeza on something more than once. Probably the spiral staircase.

Hmm, your call. No furniture moving? No odor or special needs? New occupier wanting it perfect? Just get your understanding up front with the purchaser.

700-1000.

Edit. Looked like more sq footage. Thats what I get for just looking at the pictures. Around 450.

How many rooms are upstairs? I got dizzy looking at your pictures.

Nevermind. I re red the first post. $275 would be my estimate. I don't know the size of the loft, so I just averaged it to be the same as the bedrooms

Ron's price is about right.
Zipper it and you'll be fine at your quoted price.
There is a deceptively large
amount of carpet in there..... it's the Pie thing, Eat to much and you get round.

What a fun house to clean! I think the most important thing in cleaning these unique places is quality (a given) and then a number that everyone is happy with. I puchased a lasor measurer from Harbor Freight for around $20. That way I can get pretty close and people seem to be very happy with a a pretty acurate way of pricing things out.

$449

If they are driving a luxury car then $549-$649

That’s what I like best in the profession, charge what ever you’d like, depending where the home is located and what they drive, what animal did what and above all if they are super nice they get charged a small discount, if they are cold personality and have no souls the price goes up and up. If they totally display that your are a piece of nothing, Price is way up. Take it leave it or leave it. Go drop dead.

That place is like a time capsule from 1976.

Classic!

I'd think the easy thing to do is measure baths and kitchen and subtract from the 2068 someone thinks is the actual area. Looks like original style carpet, in pretty good shape, so quote $630, with the price reduced depending on how much less than three hours it takes to clean.
