10% of the value.

I see that they're trying to sell it for $25k. Is that the value of it?

Test the dyes on that thing. That's what I was cleaning when I was a kid, and some of that type of fabric had unstable dyes. And 42 years later they won't be more stable, that's for sure.

How long is it going to take to clean(estimated time in hrs). How much do you want to make an hr.? I estimate 1/2 hr. Per section, 10 sections, 5 hrs. On uph. I like to make 200$ an hr. So, I’m at 1000$. It’s going to take me somewhere between 3 1/2- 5 hrs to properly clean. Lots of towels/floor coverings, and at least 5-7 fans. And a sore back at the end of it.

What did you nuke it with?

Back then?

Chlorinated solvent, ammoniated prespray, solvent boosters that smelled worse than Pro's choice Energy, neutral shampoo.

I had one like that bleed on me, but can't remember what we tried. This many years later, dyes will be far less stable.

Or it might be easy as can be.

I used to love ammoniated prespray. Made me look like a hero...most of the time. Those other times, few products bleed red, blues like it did. :errf:

Life sure is tough living on the edge. Took me years to wise up and not clean so recklessly. I was applying the same solutions to synthetic and natural fibers.

Stoopit is as stoopit does.

not even close technically either

I'd hose it down with PowerBurst
wand
the flats with hole glide on the Ti while my wingman details the slop off the edges/corners ......

:lol::lol:

oh yea, and I like puppy dogs and kittens
not snakes and lizards.......:icon_razz:

I don't think it's very attractive for such an ambitious attempt at a cool sofa.

I agree... Had it been an off white or light gray it would look great.

I'm counting 20 cushions, if they come off, ugggggg. I'd add at least 200 if unattached.

If attached, somewhat easy, much faster.
