Yea lots of big words but it does work. Used it yesterday on two high end area carpets 1 was very dirty off white .I used the vibe on both carpets and they look great. Glad I tried the free samples. Iv'e talked to Jeff and they do encapsulation most of the time they are a carpet cleaning service. Carpet details has worked better than Procyon and I have both to use. The only thing is no fragrance but that can be good. They are in this months Cleanfax mag. jz
