I' not sure about that but they reduce chatter, dry better and are kinder to baseboards and transitions

I was only saying in my experiance and based on what a rep at Legends said the PTFE glide that comes with the sapphire wands is a little softer then a GG.

Not the case, both PMF and ours use the same material.
