What are you charging for vinyl and VCT

I'm getting a lot of flooring cross over jobs - VCT with strip, clean, and wax and vinyl (azrock - looks like a pebbled surface) strictly cleaning and am wondering what others are charging for similar jobs by region. I think it may be time to revisit rates depending on what I hear.
