Shout out to Hagopian and the Rug Summit!

Hagopian is a big and impressive operation, but is still a family owned business that feels that way. From management to staff that was unfailingly polite as we interrupted their work, we felt like honored guests. Thanks!

The Rug Summit had several things going for it: The hosts of course, the presentations that had more than the usual number of worthwhile nuggets, the quality of the attendees themselves. Met a few of the on-line famous too.

Hope the MB folks that were there can add on, I'll post a pic or two as I get sorted.

Bryan's presentation was fabulous and timely for especially me since I just bought a commercial building to move my operations into.

It was a lot of work, yet a lot of fun too!! It's nice knowing that others enjoyed it as well.

There was a lot of good information shared, both in the presentations as well as networking with attendees!!

He means the lobby area where their company takes in rugs for cleaning. The talk Bryan gave was how they transitioned their lobby area to make it more customer friendly.

I agree with Jordan, Bryan did a great job! And kudos to D.A. Burns for their transformation!!
