What do think...looks like a bad place to put colored fibers

I think that dark blue is just begging to bleed in the fringe.

I've never seen one like this before. Nice small silk rug, I like the fringe design. Not sure how I'll feel about it after cleaning.

we get those sometimes-- just clean with cold water and on the acid side. don't bother with fringe bleach.

if they are soaked with old urine- then they could bleed even with acid rinse. too reduce this chance in this case we spray first with undiluted Last step.

No urine. Just a little soiled.

They will test it in the back. I just saw it laying on the counter and thought it looked like a potential problem.

Test first with your cleaning solution. We get those a lot and most are ok to clean. Like Papa John says, cold water and slightly acidic prespray and rinse.

Try water, acidic solution. With these you will have easy run in cleaning that patch.
