So I gave the ones you gave me to another cleaner who was a little Fuzi on the concept and gave them back. Just put them on an old 802 I had lying around and it sprays pretty close to the front lip but still hits the carpet first. The wand is all but useless without a glide. I think the spray may hit the glide unless it's very thin on the inside piece.

A 10 to 15% strike is fine.


But the EBs you have are not the final version

The purpose of these is to Shear the carpet. If it hits 10% of the glide, well, it’s not shearing anymore

"Flush", instead of blast or soak probably would have been the wiser choice..
