Orbot Vibe project

I got this Orbot Vibe Gravity from the Orbot factory here in San Diego.
It is an incomplete machine that one of you could finish.
I seem to lack the time and effort to deal with it and it's just sitting here, wanting to work.

It needs a counterweight and pad driver and a lower cap on the solution tank.
Meet up with me in SoCal with $450 cash in hand and run with it.

Is that a bad thing to do? Someone can have a practically new machine for half price after they put it together...
I don't need this unit and don't want to spend time and money on it.
