Is it actually the dude's fault?

How could the head physically unwind if the pressure lines are connected??
My guess is with out the glide the cast aluminum head possibly the threads that cause it to screw on stripped but it would probably happen eventually even with a glide

whos fault it is, i have no idea.
but i have a wanders swivel, and i abuse the shit out of it. but i dont just throw the wand and the spinner in the back of the van like a dirty hack.

that guy has no pride in his truck or equipment. tells me everything i need to know.

He pretty much just confirmed what you speculated on the YouTube post. No glide on that wide open slot pretty much ripped the threading right out of that aluminum head
