I just received a call from a customer. We cleaned her carped 23 months ago. She states:
“Your company cleaned my carpets (almost 2 years ago) and now they’re rippled. I’m selling my house and I need you to fix the wrinkles or replace the carpet”.

Please tell me I’m not alone and everyone gets a few of these crazies.
