comercial restaurant kitchen tile

I have a current client that we service that has asked me about cleaning the kitchen tile. The traffic areas are moped every day, but under the cooking equipment is thick grease.

I currently use Judson boosted on the T & G we do but that is under normal residential kitchens. Not sure if that will cut this job.

Any one had any experience with this type of cleaning.
