Some customers never really ready,
Never vacuum,
Crap laying around and needing picked up.
Clumps of dog or cat hair.
Dogs that bark constantly while working.

We give a 20% discount for small items removed and payment at the end of service, if they aren't prepped and ready upon arrival they loose that discount...
