I have two jobs scheduled at 1pm today. (It will be raining cats and dogs) I have a huge house with one room upstairs to clean and then another all the way across the house downstairs. Nothing but spotless high shine wood floors in between. The other job is two sofas.

Both will be a pita!

Which one do I do and which one do I send Jr. to?

It’s also nap time.
But I have to do one or the other.
And both are a pain

Good luck with your important life decision. I'm on the edge of my seat. Please keep us updated.

Working in the rain sucks.

Cancel both.

Give Jr the amount he would have made- and a day off.

Tell the customer "it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas", and Bawb says that it will be the last one before the purple haze fogs up the space -time continuum...and you won't want to miss it.

if its raining heavily do the customer a favor and reschedule the carpet cleaning. tell them you don't want to drag the wet hoses on their wood floor.
Send Jr to do the sofas and you take a nap.

If I knew what was up with the upholstery, I’d send him on that! I absolutely HATE cleaning upholstery!
But it would be my luck the sofas will be bleeders.

That’s why I’d hate that wood job.
Putting down tarps and loading them up hurts my back.

Plus, it’ll be raining.

A card table and tarp is your friend. Less bending and you can spin the cushions into position instead of leaning and tugging.

Lost my overpriced $25 tuway hand bonnet from interlink so now I use a square oven mitt for scrubbing.

Hate doing furniture too.

What do use to apply a solvent protector on furniture?
