of cleaners who can't deliver a true professional pristine package?

Had a new customer today in NV with a 17 year dense white Nylon with 17 years of goober stories.

Two types of rake damage
Puddles taking days to dry
Whole rooms taking even longer
Stiff
Sticky
Too personal stories
Embarrising vans
"36 years of experience" yet the tech has three weeks
Dumping into thier septic system
Everyone promised four hour dry times, none delivered.
And some I can't recall..

A few did ok the first time but the following visit either got lazy or sent chimps..

Franky I was surprised that they keep trying.

My ad in the Best Of magazine got me the gig.

Price of cake, not one spot, hardly any wear, they pre vac'd and moved all furniture. Asked for protection too.

No scrubbing, Procyon ps and water rinse, three dry strokes later and I'm the god they've been looking for.

I guess it is rocket science.

No spots and hardly any wear? Chances are that some of those goobers knew what they were doing.

From all the other sources of SEO, it'll be soon before the need for a website won't be needed

Ah, yes, but what about ‘creep factor’?...... I’ve had countless housewives say the last guy ‘gave me the creeps’. There’s more to it than just being a good cleaner. A guy has to be good, and non-intrusive..... gotta find common ground with your clients, BE THE GUY THEY WANT TO CALL BACK....

It’s so hard to sell quality in Porkville. Literally every day I lose more prospects than I gain due to my pricing. If I let it effect me I’d be a bottom feeder in no time.

Anytime he uses the B I figure looking like a 14 year old Facebook troll is enough of a punishment.

There's definitely a lot of hacks out there.. but I never take anything a client says on the first service. Like Howard said "are they a prospect, or a suspect?" Once I trust them then I care.

A lack of attention to detail is very, no extremely, prevalent in this industry.

Just ask the house mom's at MF.

I had one today, just down my street that was pitched big time. very distinctive wear patterns, lots of staining...Old guy was a carpet layer actually.

I'm kicking my self for not taking a before photo, she was watching me the whole time.

Oreck, some 40, Siager GReen and LOTs of OXY, RV360/Dev and EVERYTHING and I mean EVERY thing came out.

Aside from those F'd up hybrid glide marks, it was brand new.

She's had 5 other cleaners disappoint.

That's what it takes before they pony up the big bucks and hire you.
