Need Help With Vinyl Tile - I'm Baffled :)

Probably not the cleaner you used, it may have something to do with sunlight or lighting in the house. What made me think of that is the fact that the tiles next to the cabinet are lighter, and that would be an area where light would not usually penetrate, but it would be an area where you would be sure to have to clean pretty thoroughly due to grease, etc.

Does a rug sit over this area? how old is the floor? something changed in the house and hopefully it is something simple. you may need an inspection if nothing else but someone else to say you did'nt do it. Discoloration does'nt just happen it usually happens over time. You did'nt cause it.
