Red dye bleed on fringe

We picked up several rugs the other day that were water damaged. Two of the rugs have slight red dye damage on the fringe, more pink than red. I tried Fringe Bleach with no success. Any suggestions?

Use Magic from master blend and a little steam, then rinse (if the fringe is off white)
