Whats the best way to apply seal 5500SQFT of Travertine?

Is it grouted tile or sanded travertine pavers? If its pavers, I would say sprayer with course nozzle and an electric or battery powered sprayer. If its a tiled travertine, then I would say a finish mop and bucket, put it on thick and get a crew of guys to come behind you after about 10-15 minutes(dependent on dwell time needed) wipe up the excess.
