Shower re grout, color seal and silicon

This shower I had to clean it first, rip out loose/stained grout only and all the silicon replace with new than color sealed.

Job took 4 hours to complete.

Awesome job Craig. I wasn't aware you can color seal non sanded grout. Do you give a guarantee on regrouting and caulking?.

I never give a warranty in showers wet areas you never know what they will use for maintenance cleaning.
