Spotty carpet

We might have the idea what can go wrong, we’re JUST cleaning carpet while we gain experience. Anything and everything will go wrong when we least expect it!!You guys had me scared to death that that carpet might be my fault

Almost happened to us once. New helper left a lamp on a loveseat when he moved an end table. The problem was the lamp was plugged into a timer. The lamp came on later that evening while the customer was out walking her dog. Thankfully she cut her walk short that day...

Only real damage was to replace the loveseat.

done 10 whole jobs and got a call back
(and the first 5+ were probably relatives )

Likely a bit of pucker factor over the call back with him being a babyfaced rookie an' all
