Foam from the tank that ran down the side and was not scrubbed into the carpet.

I find myself doubting the idea of that much mold growth in what sounds like one to two days.

Expand your mind. :winky:

I'm not certain either but it makes the most logical sense.

Yes, Mold.

It's a Science Camp deep out in the Scruz Mountains.
We've Cimex'd it 8 times and never seen this before..

My first thought when they sent the pics were Gummy Gel residue but there were far more white spots than my guys said there were gum wads.

Upon further interrogation it turns out the Jr High Schoolers do something call Garbology in that room now, so what ever festering mess was spilled, stayed alive...

We suggested they either put down tarps are be prepared to pay for HWE..

Just wanted all the innocent newcomers to know that life some time can be, well........ruff. :winky:
And it goes with the avatar.

I think it had to do with the corn husk base and the amount of water. Organic matter, water, not a very good flushing.....

Pump up with straight vol. 40, and a few oz’s of ‘cide for good measure, dwell 45-hr, HWE with Clean Free, or Procyon Extreme, scrub the shyte out of it with CRB, maybe a little defoamer for good measure?....

Never.
It's an isolated incident. Very odd!

Seen it many times in basements that get wet and are allowed to dry naturally. Never from encap cleaning.

I cleaned an apt. Halls and stairs. It was 14 months ago. Used CRB, and DS2. Manager called, wanted to book, says the halls ‘stink’. NEVER had a complaint when I’ve HWE’ed..... scampoo? Who knows.... humid environment? Maybe.....
