Thank Bawb my 3rd canceled today, I get grumpy af on a third.

I clean for a well to do or is collector guy yesterday who left his ranch hand behind to babysit me while he went to the airport, Mr. Ranch hand had to come out and quickly. Quickly let me know either something about carpet cleaning by asking if I had a power take off in my van that proceeded to an extra 45 minutes of conversation on this job.

He regrets ever selling his business and told him the secret to having fun carpet cleaning is just doing one or two jobs a day. He agreed admitting he made the mistake of trying to do four or five back in his day.

Seriously, one of the things I hate or hated about doing residential is being on other people’s schedule one way or another Even making the schedule they try to press you. Commercial does too, but not as bad. Usually they give you a key.

This is my goal I am happy just cleaning 1-2 jobs a day but that wouldn’t pay the bills

I have techs out running all day I do a residential job here and there but mostly all the commercial work I do myself I like this pace for now
